What METHOD / Forms of PAYMENT do you accept?

We'd prefer that you pay by responding to a Paypal Invoice that we will email you.
If you can't do that, then we'll accept other methods, but they take more time, which means that the online consultation meetings would be delayed.
After a repetitive, long-term working relationship is established with a client, we could take payment after the service, within 2 weeks, in the form of check or electronic transfer.

Can you give us an idea of HOW YOU PRICE your consulting service?

Profit isn’t the prime objective of this consulting service.  The payment rates are designed to give priority to failure cases that have a greater impact on the client’s business or on mankind.

The initial consultations for describing the problem and gathering facts, are always provided free of cost.  Once Consultant starts to give pointers and advice on what to do and how to go about investigating, asking deeper questions and recommending or discussing analyses, tests, etc, he will quote an initial amount to be paid before providing further guidance / consultation.  Based on that, Client can decide to either accept or stop using Consultant's service.  Thereafter, if continued, Consultant will periodically quote amounts to be paid for continued consultation, where the incremental amounts will be commensurate with the value of the benefit derived from his service.

In what TIMEFRAME can we expect to Achieve RESULTS

The time to resolve a long-standing problem depends on the complexity of the problem, existing knowledge, ground work already done by the client, resources and priority placed by the client.
It can be:
    • Hours (in rare instances), when the client already has the expertise, all ground work and data, or if the problem is simple, already encountered in another application.
    • Weeks, if much analytical and test data has already been gathered by the client’s investigative and testing work.
    • Months, if some more testing or analysis is needed.
    • Years, if just starting the investigation or if many parties or companies are involved or if the client is insufficiently equipped with technical resources to perform the needed analysis, test and data-gathering.
